The Sparkling Beads is your online store for handmade beaded Jewellery. We have partnered with best shipping and logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
ORDER DISPATCH
At The Sparkling Beads, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours - 3 working days. Shipping is done through different couriers like Delhivery, depending on the service availability of the courier. All orders are shipped through Shiprocket and once orders are shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You will also receive regular updates and tracking through Whatsapp to the number which you provided during order placement. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
For orders that require product customization (like change in colour, beads etc.), order dispatch can take up to 1 working days depending on the type of product (bracelets). I will be in touch with you via WhatsApp on a regular basis during this time and will be providing daily updates on the work done so that you can see your jewellery come to life.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order. You will also receive regular updates on Whatsapp on the number which you provided during order placement.
ORDER DELIVERY
Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID and Whatsapp number.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The Sparkling Beads offers free shipping for all orders and cash on delivery orders
SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
The Sparkling Beads currently ships products only within India. We do not offer International Shipping or accepts orders with delivery addresses outside India. If an order is placed with an International Shipping address, the order may be cancelled and the payment will be refunded as per our refund process.
